HEARTbeat At 22 dba Mama’s House (MH), a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code Tax ID #45-4384613, is conducting this raffle pursuant to California Penal Code Section 320.5, et seq, to raise funds for ongoing charitable purposes. By purchasing a raffle ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations. The grand prize of the raffle drawing is a $20,000 credit for Denise Roberge Designer 22k Jewelry. The drawing will be held by MH on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Denise Roberge Art Gallery 73995 El Paseo in Palm Desert, CA at 3:00 p.m. The winner need not be present to win. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. No cash value.

Raffle Tickets may be purchased by calling 844-232-8622 ext 701 or in person during normal business hours at the MH office 44875 Deep Canyon Ste 2, Palm Desert, CA. through 04/30/2019 at 5 p.m. when raffle closes. Odds of winning will be 1 in the total number of tickets sold and announced at the time of the drawing. The winner of this raffle prize may be subject to gambling winnings reporting and income tax withholding. Ticket prices are not tax deductible.
